Constellations

I crave the mornings

Where you wake up and it’s storming

That sky she has her way of showing off

There’s men who think they’re kings

And kings who think they’re gods

But I think there’s nothing wrong with feeling small

So if you should be

Needing me

I’ll be out in my backyard looking up

Just drawing constellations

Won’t even need to name them

No, no one thought to give me that job

I’ve since quit grieving

For the passing of the seasons

October keeps her hand held tight in mine

Their love is so confusing

Seems you’re either used or using

Or losing out ‘cause someone crossed the line

So help me feel

Everything

And let us say we had one undisguised encounter

It’s been found that

Hope abounds

When you’re trusting that tomorrow will be kinder

Been digging up the soil

From the garden in my soul

Dug a hole for planting flowers made to bloom

So plant some of your wisdom

And plant some of your joy

And I’ll be better off for getting to know you

Yes, I’ll be better off for getting to know you

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
